I give “List Your Business Podcast”, its assigns, successors, licensees, legal representatives, employees and agents (“List Your Business Podcast”) the irrevocable right to use my name/name of business/photograph/ image/audio recording/video recording and likeness in all forms and manner including the edited version of my recording for the purposes of advertising, media publicity, publication, general display or for any other business promotional purposes in whole or in part, including but not limited to publication on internet web sites, broadcasts and any other publications as released to or by List Your Business Podcast.

I also acknowledge that the recording of the podcast might be shared in social media and this material may be used for promotional purposes for other third parties might or might not be related to “List Your Business Podcast”

I waive any interest that I may have in the copyright to my Image and my recording  now or at any future time and acknowledge that I am not entitled, nor shall in the future be entitled, to receive any payment or consideration in respect of it and agree to make no claim against List Your Business Podcast for any payments for the Publication of my r my audio or video recording.
